GitHub.com → your photo (top right) → Settings
Left menu, bottom: Developer settings
Personal access tokens → Fine-grained tokens → Generate new token
Name: square-ar-studio · Expiration: 1 year
Repository access: Only select repositories → choose square-ar
Permissions → Repository permissions → Contents → Read and write
Generate token, copy it, paste it above, press Save
